FAQ

1. How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 7–14 working days. At CLEVLO, we always strive to deliver on time. If it takes longer, simply contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist.

2. What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. Once we receive it in good condition, we’ll refund the full order amount including shipping costs.
Return shipping from your address to our warehouse is at your own expense (check your carrier’s website for exact pricing).
To start a return, email us at: support@clevlo.com. Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive your return.
If an item is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to test it, we may deduct depreciation from the refund. Please return products carefully and well-packed.

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and details so we can resolve it quickly.

4. How secure is my online order?
All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted pages. Your data is transmitted securely to our payment provider for authorization and is never stored on our servers.

5. What is the shipping price?
As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping in selected regions. Any shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Where is my parcel?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Note: for logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

7. Why is my tracking not working?
Carriers sometimes need 1–2 working days to update tracking data. If this happens, thanks for your patience.

8. Can I exchange an item?

9. Wrong delivery address?
